Retreatment Endo Under All Porcelain Onlay

A few days ago I have posted Retreatment case on metal onlay, at that time I removed the onlay. In this case, A patient came to me with referral from my friend, a dentist, to do retretment under all porcelain onlay.
This onlay had been on upper right first premolar for almost a year, but the pain stil persist. Tenderness on percussion also exist. Xray examination showed incomplete obturation..

After taking proper informed consent, i started the operation. After access opening, I found TWO canals, One of them was not being cleaned and shaped on previous treatment..
Cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) and Natrium Hypochlorite 5,24%. Gutta percha removal using respected file, along with Chloroform as a solvent. After obturation, i used low shrinkage stress flowable composite, filtek bulkfill flowable (3M) as coronal seal.. xray evaluation using Vistaray 7.1 (Durr) at 60kV, 2mA, 0,03seconds..
